Coronavirus Update

Dear Valued Patients,

We would like to ensure you that our team is diligently monitoring the COVID-19 virus and making appropriate adjustments to ensure a healthy environment for our patients and staff.

As healthcare professionals, infection control is always a top priority at our office. Our team routinely follows the standard procedures of infection control, set forth by the CDC and OSHA, for sterilization between each patient. Before and after dental treatments, the rooms, chairs, sinks, and counters are wiped down and disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning products. Disposable items are discarded and non-disposable instruments are cleaned and properly sterilized. As an added measure, we are implementing more frequent disinfection of the common areas, including the waiting room, front desk, door handles and restrooms to maintain optimal hygiene. We have also implemented a pre-screening questionnaire and screening patient temperatures upon entry into the office.

To further maintain the safety and health of our patients and staff, we are asking that patients reschedule their appointment if they or a family member have traveled internationally within the last 3 weeks and are experiencing a fever, cough, cold or flu-like symptoms. All patients must be symptom free in order to receive treatment. Additionally, we ask that only one parent or guardian accompany your child to their appointment. If you have a dental emergency, please call or email our office and we will help assist you on a case-by-case basis.

We will continue to keep you updated on COVID-19 as more information becomes available, but in the meantime, please be assured that we are adhering to the policies and recommendations made by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, CDC, OSHA and HHS.
